The
precipitous rise in carbon pollution is what's driving climate change,
leading to rising sea levels, more extreme droughts, superstorms, wildfires,
and public health problems across the world.

This week's chart of the week shows exactly why world
leaders are working to reach a global agreement to act on climate - “Why We Have to Act on Climate Now -- In One Chart.”
