A polite refusal to what could be a costly difficulty

A Shepparton fellow whose home and business are both solar powered appeared a likely supporter of the June “Slap Tomorrow” forum.

Although polite in his refusal to financially help the public project, he said the solar panels on his home and business were only there for financial reasons, but he didn’t believe in human-induced climate change.

That, it appears, is a position taken in the absence of reason and logic, especially considering the latest report in Great Britain’s Guardian headed: “Artic thawing could cost the world $60tn, scientists say”.

The Guardian article says rapid thawing of the artic could trigger a catastrophic “economic timebomb” which could cost trillions of dollars and undermine the global financial system.
