'Dicect Action' under direct attack

Direct Action is under
 direct attack.
Tony Abbott’s “Direct Action” is under direct attack.

The front page story in today’s Melbourne Age headed: “Abbott’s new sceptics”, tells how most leading economists have rejected the Coalition Government’s plan to curb Australia’s carbon dioxide emissions.

The story said, “A Fairfax Media survey of 35 prominent university and business economists found only two believed direct action was the better way to limit Australia's greenhouse gas emissions. Thirty - or 86 per cent - favoured the existing carbon price scheme. Three rejected both schemes.”
