Tom Blees explained in 2008 how nuclear
power could be “The painless remedy for our energy and
environmental crises”.
Writing the “Prescription for the Planet” Blees championed the use of nuclear power to provide the world’s
base-load energy supplies.
And today (February 9) on the ABCs Radio National, retired
geology and geography teacher and member of the Australian Nuclear Forum, Tony
Krieg, of Port Lincoln in South Australia had a similar message.
Krieg presented a timeline for how South Australia could and
should embrace nuclear energy in the next three decades.
