Considering our intellectual capacities to find a solution to climate change

Climate change, and its effects, will get decidedly nasty before it is resolved, even if we do have the capacity to resolve this global calamity.

Any workable solution will not evolve through existing politics for the resolution of what confronts humanity appears grander than intellectual capacities of those now strolling about the corridors of our various parliaments.

Writing in Shift magazine in a story headed: “Where collapse meets radical politics” Theo Kitchener points out that “getting most people to the point of wanting the paradigm shift that transition toward a sustainable and just society represents is a massive and daunting task.”
