energy scheme would result in lower household bills over the longer term.

But between 2015 and 2020, the report shows prices would be
higher.
Australia's pledge to use renewable energy sources to
produce at least 20 per cent of the nation's power by 2020 is currently being
reviewed by an expert panel.
