onsensus does not
appear to be a concern for the Australian Government in in efforts to set up
the Australian Consensus Centre.
The University of Western Australia had been the contacted
as the site of the Bjorn Lomborg centre, but the idea was abandoned once it was
found there was no consensus about the proposal.
The university just recently said the centre was no longer
suitable to be a part of the institution and now a spokesman for Education
Minister Christopher Pyne said the government would continue to seek a site for
the centre.
Also, the spokesman said the government was waiting on legal
advice on the status of the contract with the university.
