orning showers are
the best, aren’t they? Especially on a chilly winter day.
But did you know that your water heater could account for a
quarter of your energy use? There are ways to make your showers more
environmentally friendly, while also possibly making a difference to your energy
usage.
Taking shorter showers might not sound too fun, but if every
member of your family spent less than four minutes in the shower, you could
reduce your hot water usage by up to 20 per cent. Use a timer to see how long
you’re taking.
