Africa's current challenges and opportunities during the Africa Forum organized
by the OECD Development Center and the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
Ultimately, he argued, the future of the continent will
depend on the quality of its leadership, on structural investments in renewable
energy and agriculture, and on the forthcoming UN climate change conference in
Paris.
