Australia taking careful steps in Paris, when it needs to be taking bold strides

he CEO of the Climate Institute of Australia, John Connor, says the world is doing a lot more on climate change and Australia should be lifting its game.

Mr Connor says that while signing on to the second Kyoto protocol is significant, refusing to sign the fossil fuels communique will send a signal to our biggest polluters.
