TPP exposes Trade Minister Robb's paucity of thinking

he paucity of Trade Minister Andrew Robb’s thinking is evident in the new Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) recently agreed to by the Australian Government.

Defending the agreement, Mr Robb said, "This is not a trade agreement, it's not an agreement to do with climate change, it's a trade agreement."

Sadly, trade and the fossil fuel energy it relies on is the nub of climate change and frustrated by TPP critics, Mr Rob has warned them “not to jump as shadows”

Mr Robb is so embedded in the TPP negotiations that he has been unable to detach himself from the profit and growth paradigm of the contemporary capitalist world.
