Melbourne is
putting on a show for the first weekend of summer and is on track to record
four 30 degree days in a row.
Bureau of Meteorology forecaster Peter Blake said the spate
of sunny days was kicked off with a top of 30.8 degrees on Friday.
Saturday also promised to be warm with a top of 31 degrees
and low of 15.5 degrees with a sunny day and a "bit of high cloud".
"We are expecting another four days in a row of 30
degrees or more, so it is certainly a good start to summer," Mr Blake
said.
