Temperatures
around Victoria are climbing above 30 degrees ahead of a warm spell to
start the week. Monday is set to be a scorcher, with the Bureau of Meteorology predicting a maximum temperature of 35 degrees.
The heat is expected to stick around until Thursday when a
cool change will hit much of the state, bringing showers and cloudy conditions
with it.
Wednesday is forecast to be the hottest day this week, with
temperatures in Melbourne peaking at 38 degrees.
