Dr Laurence Delina will discuss his recent book, ‘Strategiesfor Rapid Climate Mitigation: wartime mobilisation as a model for action?’ at the next Breakthrough session early in November.

The session will be held on Monday, November 14, at 6:30pm at Melbourne’s RMIT cinema in Swanston St.

Drawing upon episodes of World War 2 mobilizations Dr Delina lays out contingency climate action strategies based upon the relative optimism provided by rapid deployment of demonstrated and proven sustainable energy technologies.
