A proposed $155 million extension of a recycled water pipeline through Adelaide's north will unlock huge job and export opportunities, the State Government has said.

SA Premier Jay Weatherill said the State Government would invest $110 million in the project and had sought a $45.6 million commitment from the Federal Government.
"It's estimated through modelling that we will create 3,700 jobs over the next 10 years in this sector," he said.
