Hot days and sticky nights' with forecasts for a long, hot summer in city

Melburnians, get set for some hot days and sticky nights this summer.

As we move out of one of the driest springs on record, the Bureau of Meteorology has warned worse is yet to come.

With less than a month to go until the end of this year, Melbourne has only received half its rainfall average and recorded one of its hottest years.
