It is more than a little concerning that Barnaby Joyce will continue to proffer his thoughtless solutions for at least another 2 years. Here we see a cluster of thought bubbles all merging to provide answers and solutions previously deemed unsolvable not only in Australia, but the entire world. First and foremost Barnaby focuses on the newly discovered issue of tactility. This no doubt emanates from the farming side of his brain, and not the accountancy side. Second, and rather incongruously, a recognition that this "climate thing" is all God's doing. This, of course, conveniently gets the whole issue out of the hands of government with one clearly stated “fact”.
One detects more than a slight influence by his revered leader coming into play here, and I'm not referring to Mr McCormack. Third and finally, and once again a challenging concept given that he is a member of Parliament; that government should stand aside, back off, and respect who's really in charge, and at the same time get the hell out of his (Barnaby) life, as well as everyone else's life, and go nuclear.
