Looking at an ice-free world

What will the world look like
 when all  the ice melts.
Climate change has the potential to melt most of the earth’s ice with unimaginable consequences.

Should this happen, and it already is happening faster than ever anticipated, then millions living on the edges of continents and countries all around the world will see their homes go to a watery grave.

That in and of itself will not necessarily be a problem, re-housing, rebuilding and reinventing the superstructure those millions, if not billions of people dependent upon that same infrastructure will be the real difficulty, and that is just the beginning.

This article on Yahoo! News, headed: “What the world would look like if all the ice melted” gives as some idea of what the world will happen as climate change advances.
