The challenge is to find room in a finite pool of worries for climate change

Prof Sir Brian Hoskins CBE Frs
We each have a finite pool of worries with the challenges of daily living taking up most of what space is available.

Therein however, is the challenge.

The competition for space might be fierce, but societal survival demands we find room to seriously consider our response to climate change.

We will all have the chance on Monday night (October 13) to think about where we are mentally and physically at when England’s Prof Sir Brian Hoskins CBE Frs delivers the Miegunyah Lecture at the Carillo Gantner Theatre  at six o’clock.

The free lecture, “Climate change: are we up to the challenge?", will help us see that we need to free up space in that finite pool to make room for the reality that is climate change.
