ommunity health and its resilience will be discussed when Cr Dennis Patterson meets on Saturday, September 26, with those who gather Beneath the Wisteria in Shepparton’s Maude St Mall.

Questions about the city’s activity centre strategies, public transit, densification of the city, and limiting its geographical size will be discussed.

The City of Greater Shepparton’s Mayor will be the special guest at this month’s gathering and has said he will happily answer questions about the city’s “Draft Commercial Activity Centres Strategy”.

Along with general planning matters, Cr Patterson will also willingly answer questions about city sprawl and the idea of driving more residential infill development in the city’s CBD.

As usual, this month’s Beneath the Wisteria  gathering starts at 11:00am and continues for about an hour, is free, open to the public and although some seating is provided those attending are urged to bring a folding chair.
