10 things not to replace once they’re used up or broken

Climate change is attributable to many things, but prime among them is our needless consumption of energy-rich products.

Yes, you can do without a micro-wave oven.
Yes, most everything that make the modern life possible exists because of energy produced by fossil fuels, and then disposing of whatever it might be after it is worn out, or we simply want to update to a supposedly better produce, pollutes the planet. 

Simply, we need to learn to live without these unsustainable and/or unhealthy items, and it is easier than you think. 

Going cold turkey on wasteful habits can be challenging, but this approach is a good way to ease into more eco-friendly practices: Simply consider not replacing items once they are used up or have reached the end of their lives.
