Belief in God and understanding climate change are incompatible

Peter Brabeck
Belief in a super-natural being and holding an understanding of climate change are incompatible.

To begin with the belief in the super-natural is nothing but faith; a faith absolutely unsupported by evidential scientific fact with an allegiance to fanciful ideas that give over responsibility for the impact of our behaviours to another.

Climate change is evolving, quite clearly, because of human behaviour and changes to the world’s climate are unrelated or connected to any whimsical idea that we are being watched over by some other force that is calling the shots.

Despite what NestlĂ© Chairman Peter Brabeck might choose to believe, it is you a me who is changing earth’s climate.

The astounding position that God is responsible has been taken by this influential chairman is discussed in the Climate Progress story headed: “NestlĂ© CEO: Let God handle global warming”.
