Protecting earth's forests and other flora is urgent

We need to protect
earth's flora, urgently.
The importance of protecting earth’s forests and other flora is emphasized through findings that carbon dioxide levels are lower than predicted.

Earth’s greenery has reacted unexpectedly to increased carbon dioxide levels in that it is working harder than anticipated to absorb the global warming gas.

However, it was noted that the study did not mean climate change was not happening rather, it strengthened the argument that the planet's greenery needed to be protected.
